ABA-flow®

Systematic drinking water hygiene.

Now you can keep an eye on the operating status of your ABA-flow® flushing station LED. Green Wave for “safety and flawless drinking water hygiene”.

ABA-flow® flushing stations reliably ensure automatically triggered hygiene flushes in drinking water, helping avoid stagnation and maintaining temperatures according to VDI/DVGW. They monitor and flush cold and/or hot water pipes (PWH/PWC) according to time, volume, temperature and utilisation. One new feature is the colour LED integrated in each flush module. This indicates the current operating status based on colour variants.

ABA-flow® can also be connected directly to a building automation system (BAS). This then adopts the BAS flushing parameters specific to the building. If this fails, the ABA-flow control system with its internally stored flushing schedules is automatically activated and ensures drinking water quality is maintained.

An internal data memory read-out provides evidence of flawless system operation. The flushing parameters are factory preconfigured and can be customised at any time according to needs using the system software provided. The single-section gunmetal strands are encased in PU foam for insulation and are suitable for space-saving installation, whether pre-wall, flush-mounted or surface-mounted. Depending on the existing structural characteristics of the building, it is also possible to install the control and flushing units of a system up to 100 metres apart. ABA-flow® flushing stations are supplied ready to plug in with 230 V mains voltage. The flush valves are normally closed. Each strand achieves a flushing volume of 4 litres/minute. The open outlets have sensor-monitored odour traps. The cost-effective new flushing unit BAS-Control is a stand-alone solution for direct control via a building automation system.
